Yes it comes with the bottom piping , but you will still need a silcone Y-pipe ( eg. samco hose ) to make it work right . The stock wrx one won't work . Did you want the whole set-up? l'll sell as a package deal. If you want the whole set-up l aslo have another silcone hose for the TD-04 straight in...
