a modded intake will yeild far better throttle response, i have played around with both and sticking your pod air filter inside your front guard where the snokus is gives best results followed by a 3" pipe feeding directly into the turbo.

my headers gave me 2MPH at the drags, as for sounding like a V8 - you do realise masturbation makes you blind!?...... headers will make you exhaust note sound raspy and more metallic, i had unequal length headers on my RS and it still had the boxer note but sounded more like a racecar. in my opinion...

you do realise that the JDM STi and wrx had the same turbo....... before you mount it, wait to see what is going on my car in the next 2 weeks, a modified twisted TD05 16g setup, here come mid 12's! just cut off the 90 degree elbow and mount like so, kelley if your interested I'll be making up kits...

now that you have a nice turbo on there, do yourself a favour and get rid of all the restrictions in the intake and from the turbo to the throttle body (front mount cooler) that little cooler will heat up in no time..
