I got one, but have to check for completeness.

I thought you were putting the Big 16G wheel on your 16G turbo.... No need to balance anything if the wheel is not coming off, but I still think the big 16G wheel is big enough to cause contact with a stock 90* housing. The turbo shop by you may be able to machine your 90* housing, but buying a elbo...

Good Luck with the conversion! Most of the stuff should be bolt-on, you may need to use a turbo water-pump to clear the turbo manifold (but you had that on your parts list anyway). Not sure how easy or hard it is to do, but you may want to convert the ej22t heads to roller rockers from ej22e heads w...

JDM 90* Inlet TD05-16G+440's+JECS MAF+90*inlet=$515 shipped
I have a JDM 90* inlet TD05-16G from a WRX complete with all oil & coolant lines + actuator in excellent condition (shaft play is minimal (I actually feel no shaft play) & DRY wheels)). I'm looking to get $400 + shipping & p-pal fees for it on its own. The BUYER of the Turbo will have so...

OH wow, that sucks. Given your mechanical abilities, you shouldn't shy away from the timing belt replacement, that was the first major Subie operation I took on back in the deep past. You could do it all for like $200 in parts probably, and know that it got done right! While we are talking about JD...

Have you actually determined that #3 is not firing at all? As in, have you tried maybe trying to arc the wire against a ground to see if it sparks? Most cars with coilpacks use a waste-spark design. That means that the coilpack on a 4cyl engine, for example, only has two coils. In this case, the #1...
