anyone in oregon dealt with abandon vehicle forms for dmv

i have an older truck that was left at my place and need/want to do something with it, sell it, scrap it, use it. But to do anything with it i need a title and the owner is long gone. So i talked to dmv and they said you can do an abandon vehicle form. They said I can get it at any dmv. So i went an...

Looking to get a 5 speed tranny out of a 97-99 Outback. yes I know other years will work, but I am looking for a specific gear ratios that only the outbacks had. Here are the three tranny codes that should be stamped on the tranny. 1997 TY752VACCA 1998 TY752V2DCA 1999 TY754VCACB lower miles the bett...

legacy turbo help needed quick

I'm trying to help a buddy of mine get his car ready for oregon trail rally tomorrow and need help with any ideas at this point. basically what we did was tear down a turbo legacy harness just to make his engine run. it's a long story about a botched stand alone ecu. but he is just looking to go to ...

I replied to your thread on the USMB. But I'll chime in here too. I don't see you running lean based on the mods you have done. If you run lean it's because the cone filter is causing the MAF sensor not to read correctly. thanks for both responses, i'm just covering my bases by hitting multiple for...

fuel pressure and NA tunning questions

so i know this is a combo of both legacy and 2.5rs but there are some damn smart people over here that know their crap so here it is. Ok here is what i got. I have 99 RS motor in my 90 legacy running the stock ej22 ecu. I have a cone style filter and header with a 2.25 outlet and a 2.5 all the way b...

i know that, but i'm just trying to get to a good system together before upping pressure. i figured replacing a 18 year old fuel pump in the race car can't be a bad thing. so that was the point of asking.

Yes. The Walbro 255 for a WRX/STi is a direct swap and flows better than the stock Legacy pump. Plus, it's brand new as opposed to 15+ years old. Not trying to slap you with the "Search Stick," but search around next time you have a question. Many questions like these have been covered nu...

i have found some walbro pumps for a 2.5rs. has anyone ever fit one of those into a legacy.

ok one more question, what coil did you use? it looks like it's the one for the 2.5. i could never get mine to fire so I had to go back to using the 2.2 coil.

Did you repin it?

I actually have a custom machined aluminum block between the TB and intake manifold. you can see it in one of the pictures. It's basically a TB spacer that you can mount the IAC to. oh i see it. i guess there are other options for doing this too, some late 90s JDM WRX intakes i guess will work will...

FS 91 legacy turbo hood and front bumber

these are off a 91 legacy turbo but will fit both 90 and 91. They are in good shape no major goobers to speak of. I'm not really sure what they are worth. So let's try $100 but tell me if i'm off on price http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n198/mellow65/P1010081.jpg http://i112.photobucket.com/album...

cool car, i just got done doing that to my 90, but i have to ask what intake manifold did you use. i use the one from the 99 forester that the motor came with but using the 2.5 intake and the 2.2 throttle body didn't allow for an functioning IAC, so i run with out one. or did you do the 2.5 block wi...

i guess i need a 5 speed drive shaft as the autos are a different length. and I don't know if a wagon would work or not, so lets keep it to a sedan not unless you know a wagons would work.
