i doubt it... what rpm is it set at??
Yes, there most definitely is. The above method is right, put it in neutral (park works too) and floor it. My auto will top out at 6500 every time.

I'm not sure what the difference is, but you can also get one for any GC8 impreza and it should fit fine.

MSD Coil pack 8229 came in today. The bolt holes are different, either top 2 or bottom 2 can both go in at one time, but not both. It is more of a rectangular shape. Not an issue for me, i'll find a work around :D I'll be stopping by the local mitsu dealer sometime next week to find out about the co...

Really? Seatbelts have a lifetime warranty? A few weeks ago, the first set of "structural fuse" stitches tore out on my driver's lap belt, exposing the "this seat belt should be replaced" label. Are you saying I should just take the car to my local dealer and ask for a new seat ...

Correct, no ABS, and it is indeed a hitachi coil pack. I should pick up a diamond pack sometime.... The swaybar is mounted the only way it would go, it bolted up easy enough and is not backwards, maybe the angle of that shot is weird... http://homepage.mac.com/michaelkuhn/.Pictures/jam/sway3.jpg htt...

Best i can do for now:

See the prongs on either side of the bottom? Coolant flows through those, remove the hoses that go to them and join the hoses together.

All you need is a bit of hose and some hose clamps. I am not sure what the exact size of the hose. The digicam i have blowz, but i'll try

I think you will be fine all year round. The only way to find out is to do the mod and see if anything bad happens :)

Just did this tonight, +/- 30 mins, i had everything i needed laying around so i thought i'd give it a shot.

It was incredibly easy to do, and i can definitely feel a difference in the temp of the TB, it is MUCH cooler.

I've been running 6 on the rears since I got them. My coilovers are GAB Revolution II, but i guess they are a division of KYB (or just use KYB components). I did see from their site that GAB is part of Yokohama.

Those gauges go on ebay for around $25 all the time. I never could decide if i would like the 'reverse' glow. I think the would be awesome if they didn't have the glowing green circles in the middle of the gauges.

Tried the water cleaning, don't think it did much of anything, at least for my car (That's cause i keep it in such good shape  )

I did notice a noise in the engine though, sounds like it might be a bearing starting to go. I'll see how that goes...

I'd check the sparkplugs, plugwires and injectors. Is it the same cylinder(s) every time? I wouldn't think the coilpack would only drop one cylinder, but i guess it's possible.
