It was about 6 o'clock on a weekday last summer. There were about twelve neighborhood kids playing in the st...

Super fun alaska meet!!!

I'm going snowmachining this weekend on my new-to-me 1998 ski-doo formula 500. And You guys are more than welcome to come. It's gonna be a blast. In truth I'm just gonna rub it all in. I bought a new action camera with a handlebar mount, so I'll post up a video of all the freshies!

Heres the best route. Phase I 2.5 crank and rods, .40 over bore, wiseco pistons for the stroker = 2.4l closed deck motor.

It may not be unsafe to you, but for the motor it could be a catastrophie. Like josh said, the main thing is break-in. More specifically, seating the rings. After heat cycles, pressure, and motion, cylinders warp. They go out of round, taper changes, and although the factory cross-hatching is still ...

Title says it all. I'm not looking for HLA's But I have bare DOHC heads and valve covers, and I need the guts. I used my last set on another pair of heads. And do not be afraid to ship to me, canadian customs can blow me, I'm an American damnit!

Thanks phyrra, I knew the crosshatching applied to the ej20, but I wasn't sure if the 2.2 was covered under that as well.

And no, nowhere does it say ej22t anywhere on the car.

Ok Noob question.

Ok, I forgot this. I'm not even sure that it can be done. I searched, did not come up with what i am looking for. How do you tell a 2.2t from the outside without taking the heads off?

It's unsafe to take a used block and put drop in pistons in it. Just go have it bored and honed 20 over.

You beat on your car when it's cold? I never make boost till the thing has warmed up. 5psi sounds like ecu safe mode. and a stuck wastegate would cause you to overboost constantly, unless it was stuck OPEN.
