I'd say 99% of the build threads I read are offroading related, anyone interested in those?
Besides that the rear engine intergra build is epic if anyone has that link

Yeah, just find a different motor. Around here it's pretty easy to fine 2.2s for $100-150.

Poss engine swap.
What's wrong with the turbo motor that you don't want put it back together? If there is something wrong in the short block I would just swap the NA shortblock in and run it like that. Also, I've never understood why anyone pulls the intake Mani off before they pull the engine, it's a completely unne...

It is possible to put them on backwards, but it's fairly obvious if you do because the stud will stick straight down instead of at an angle.

Unless its a 6mt or a built 5mt, I'd feel completely ok running any name brand 80w90

You guys just need better women! My fiancé approves of my car habits, goes offloading with me, we use her 2.5RS as our ice race car, doesn't care that I have "car money" that she knows I won't spend on anything else except for emergencies, is addicted to her fun car (even I it is a silly V...

what type of oil do u use
I run 10w-30 Dino oil in everything besides my sled(which gets amsoil because it's what everywhere around here carries for 2 stroke) I've never seen/felt/experienced a difference in any oil I've used, so I buy whatever is on sale at walmart, usually valveline or pennzoil.

It was 1" flat bar and 1" angle iron, both 3/16th thick. From there you should be able to figure it out with a tape measure and some planning.

Finally a real rwd option is in the works
Wow, that price is lower than I expected. What kind of power levels would a W5x hold? I've had a few Toyotas, but nothing besides 22REs in them so I never really stressed one. I've been dreaming of a summer set up of a RWD eg33 with a smallish turbo, and just convert it back to AWD for the winter an...

I took off the grill, drilled 2 1/2 holes in the beam, welded nuts to them, built a fairly simple bracket out of 3/16th angle iron and flat bar, mounted the lights, and wired them. I will have to look around for more pics, I m ow I took some for someone else, but my old computer crashed and I sold t...

If I had a 6mt, I'd run the extra S, everything else gets 80w90, of the dead dinosaur variety, usually pennzoil or valveline.

I hear the term satin black used to describe semi-gloss black a lot, which would be fine, but having had a flat black legacy, Don't do flat if you ever want it to look nice.

Gun metal sounds good, my friend had a GC painted gunmetal and it looked badass. I'm going to hopefully be repainting mine 100% pure white, no addatives like all the OEM whites do.

As a man who bought 10 cars last year, yes, it's a sickness. I've only bought 1 this year so I'm doing good, and I don't go near craigslist anymore.

Like I said, I already have groupN mounts for the motor/ tranny, it was just a random idea I had. I'd weld It in the car...but l guess I will just leave it alone.
