I don't think i phrased my question exactly how I wanted it answered. Still talking about the WRX conversion, the only thing the RS boys have to do is buy the bigger rotors and the bracket that the calipers mount to. I was wondering how much different our calipers are from the RS. If they are simila...

How different are our calipers with the 2.5rs's? I hear all they have to do is get the rotors and the brackets.

I've been roasted by a newer Z28 at a 60 mph roll on. I was at 10psi, but I doubt it would have been much different at 15.

On a trip to Cincinnati from Columbus, I saw some Xenon headlights coming up pretty fast in my rear view. I get over and let him come up beside me. It was a 2nd gen eclipse GS-T. We made several pulls from 80. I easily pulled away each time. Out of no where, an Audi 1.8T tried to compete...no contes...

Open atmosphere = rich at idle

I really like the way my BOV sounds when i run open atmosphere(OA), but my car runs like crap. I checked the 02 sensor voltages OA and closed. When running OA, I actually ran leaner at WOT, at about .82 - .83 volts, but when i let off the gas, it stayed up around .6 - .7 The car felt like it wanted ...

(MON + RON) / 2 = AKI?

I think i remember seeing that on pumps. Is the higher MON or RON # better? For either, is there a way to tell what combination different gas stations use?

Yes...Wrx front brakes, caliper and rotor, on a legacy turbo. I wasn't sure if I needed anything other than the caliper and the rotor, and of course, 16" wheels.

I'm pretty sure it's the small 16g. It came off the early wrx. I wanted to turn the boost up some more and make another run, but I was a little timid in doing so because I don't have an EGT or A/F gauge to see where I'm at on fuel. Once I get a S-AFC hooked up, which is sitting in my room right now,...

I have the EJ22T. I've been experimenting with more boost and it acts like it will handle it. After many runs with 17psi, I didn't hear any kind of knock or ping and my intercooler was as cool as can be. I don't have any guages to measure a/f ratios and gas temps though, so I'm not going to keep it ...

If the check valve is bleeding off boost so that the solenoid doesn't engage fuel cut, you are releasing air that the MAF has already accounted for. The MAF proportions the fuel according to the air it reads. If you are loosing some air, but still getting the same amount of fuel, wouldn't that be th...

I knew that this turbo was going to be a little laggy before I put it in, but I also knew that it would make up for it up top. It is in fact very laggy on the bottom with my stock setup, but has a very noticable top end increase. Before, I was running 2.1s 60', now it's more like 2.2s low 2.3s. Mayb...

Does it happen every time or only when the car is cold?

When the car has been sitting, the oil likes to drain from the torque convertor causing that.
