Rear STi tophats and rear WRX springs
I think the tophats came from an '04. And the WRX springs came from an '06. Excellent shape. Make an offer.

Canister purge solenoid valve, difference between years?
I was at the junkyard today to pick up a few things and ended up with three canister purge solenoid valves from different cars. My '90 L is throwing the CEL associated with this valve, code 37 I think. Anyway, I got valves from a '98 outback, '92 L and a '91 AWD non-turbo car. Is there anything that...

Free seats
I have a set of stock seats from my '90 Legacy L free for pick up. They are in pretty bad shape (stained and faded) but I just can't make myself throw them in the dump. They are sort a gray colored cloth. They are in Louisville, KY. I can take pics and email them if anyone is interested.

Will '04 outback rims fit a '90 legacy L?
Found some '04 Outback rims real cheap. Anyone know if they'll fit a '90 Legacy L FWD? The guy says they take 225/60/16 tires, these are too big aren't they? What size could I get away with?
Thanks for any help,
Brandon

Sorry for so many questions but what would I need to change out in the rear to be able to mount up AWD springs/struts? I'm talking bare bones. I have tossed around the idea of swapping in an AWD drivetrain but I don't think it will ever get done. There is a guy locally with an 03 WRX for parts and I...

03 WRX springs/struts on 90 legacy FWD??
I just read through a lot of posts and can't find the answer I'm looking for. There is a local guy parting out an 03 WRX and I'm wanting some parts of it for my 90 Legacy FWD. I read that 04+ will fit 90-91 w/o modification and the 03s will fit 92-? w/o modification. What modification would be neede...

Need a quick answer. Searched but need to double check.
I am going to the junkyard Saturday to pull a bunch of parts for my 90 Legacy L. I want to do the AWD conversion as well. I found two AWD Subies. One 97-98 Outback and one 93-94 Legacy. Does it matter which rear end I get? I want to put the Outback springs and struts on for the extra height so can I...

Yeah, FWD is great in the snow. The AWD just adds more to the fun factor. And plus if I can pick up everything I need at this junkyard sale for $50-$100 then why not. So what I have found so far seems to point to a 98 outback suspension which will raise the car about an inch. Any reason why I have o...
