Re: Which CPSI cat to use?

I am not sure what the cpsi is on that cat but I don't get any smell and passed the e-test I just did with flying colors. passed the e-test with just that cat and my car has deltacams on the stock ecu. 2500rpms HC PPM Limit 200 Read 18 CO% Limit 1% Read 0.01% Idle...

Re: Drop Style to C Style Conversion

I got the bar mounts today, they are off a 04-07 WRX. They really beefed up the design, I am sure the stock ones would have been fine but I figured I might as well get them. http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r83/HpiJosh222/DSCF2002.jpg Endlinks I got are made by Group A, local company for me that w...

Re: Drop Style to C Style Conversion

I got the whole set of 4 lateral links and 2 trailing arms for $50 so I am going to replace them all since the bushings in the wrx pieces are like new and the ones on the car are all cracked and the arms are rusty.

Drop Style to C Style Conversion

I am looking to do a drop style end link to c style link conversion on my Touring Wagon and was just checking to make sure I didn't miss anything. The endlinks ripped out of the lateral link on the stock drop style so I can't have a bar untill I replace it. Here's what I got to go on am I missing an...

Re: Delta Cams Dyno & 1320' runs (at altitude)

How does yours run with the Delta cams? Mine has a lumpy idle and its only at about 15 In MG vacuum at idle. My mods are a 3" turbo back and 220 grind cams. When its driving it runs great but idle is a little lumpy.

Thanks for the pics , now I know the oem oil cooler off those STi's will fit :D I got a water pump off a EJ257 with the extra nipple capped for now until I order one of those. What fitting did you use for going into the block for the coolant?

Re: EJ22t motorcycle project?

How about a fwd tranny with the diff welded? Pull the axle stub out of one side and cap the hole. Then find a way to attach a pinion gear to the diff on the other side?

Re: Valve cover gasket

It is a very basic job so I wouldn't worry at all. Yes the covers are at the sides of the engine. There is one main gasket per cover plus 3 seals per side that go around the bolts that hold the covers on. I would also get the o-ring that goes on the oil filler tube since that one gets hard and could...

Crankcase Vents

The tubing for the front vents that go from each head to the center of the block needs to be replaced. I was wonder do I really even need those? It already has the tubes going from each head to the intake and the crankcase to the pcv valve. Do I really need the the second set on the front of the blo...

Take the plug out and thread in a M6 bolt I think it was into the pin and pull it out. Then you will be able to lift the fork up off the release bearing.

Re: Noob question... where is the thermostat on a 93SS?

It might be easier to just remove the water pump and drill out the broken bolt off the car. Whens the last time you changed the timing belt and water pump? Maybe use this as an excuse to do those.
