Its also........

The hill holder valve is also the return spring for the clutch fork, if you have it disconnected your throwout bearing will see additonal wear. To adjust the hh just tighten the nut to the point where moving the fork freeplay causes the hh valve spring to move slightly. That will get you very close ...

Dead door lock

Anyone with a 90-94 legacy have their door lock die(as in just turns but does nothing). Well heres the deal, the arm at the end that does the work has broken off the tumbler, ya bummer. Its not all bad news, if you can find a junkyard replacement you "CAN" replace the tabs in the tumbler w...

O K, key in the on position, ac or acmax or def/heat or def button depressed, engine off, both fans on, doesn't seem right? Not a big deal, just having 1 legacy that doesn't do it and having another that does has me curious if there is a problem. Thanks for the input.

This was done on 2 90 legacys both at operating temp in the driveway on a 35degree day, on th...

sorry to hear your leaky story, but I as well as others here have shared your frustration. Do a search for this topic and see just how bad it is, I won my battle against that seal by going to the hardware store and buying a pvc cap the same size as the seal, just taped it in so it would stay and the...

I just left, them both in thinking one seal good two seals really good. No joy, oil all over the driveway an...
