Sloppy shifter
recently picked up a 91 Leg SS 5mt and the shifter is rather sloppy, lots of play from side to side even while in gear. I'm assuming it's a bushing of some sort anyone know specifically which one and a good place to pick it up?

The only thing I will tell you is that he won't be making any money off of it. You will dump that much into an SS to get it up to that spec, that is if you can find a 5 speed anywhere that isn't rusted to hell or banged up. good luck, let us know what you find I hear ya 3.5k just seems high conside...

What about phase 1 ej25 heads from a 98rs? iirc they were basically the same as the jdm wrx heads. just asking since I have a set with supertech springs and retainers and some delta cams. They will work just as well as JDM heads with the exeption that they do not have the oil feed/drain and water r...

As long as you use older JDM heads (not new '02+ WRX heads) you are fine, your sensors will work. No computer issues, again, if you stick with older heads. What about phase 1 ej25 heads from a 98rs? iirc they were basically the same as the jdm wrx heads. just asking since I have a set with supertec...

WTB Legacy SS in the Northeast
Well I have been looking for quite some time and I figured I'd throw a post up. I'm looking for a Legacy SS with a manual gear box, I live in western mass but would be willing to travel a bit to pick one up as long as it could make the drive back to Mass. I had been talking to the guy in RI selling ...

ej22t aftermarket pistons?
I've been looking for a set of aftermarket pistons for my ej22t block. I've found that wiseco makes .020 and .040 over set. I was wondering if there's a company out that that makes a standard size for these motors?
