all 91s came with vlsd. (unless swapped out during its life)

the price is a good starting point. if there are no issues other than some surface rust areas i dont see why it wouldnt be in the 3k range. beating the price up on these cars only brings the value down. nice car and glws.

ive split apart quite a few clusters. id recommend just getting another.
i might have an extra cluster in my stash if you need it.
