first off, why change the clutch if ur 2nd gear synchro is bad. best bet is find a replacement trans and do the clutch at the same time with an oem clutch. ive had several exedy oems and frankly i hate the way exedy shutters on low rpm take off. do urself and ur wallet a big favor. find a used trans...

i did this to my 91 n/a 5MT back in 96. but i did it by putting automatic windows up and down on my alarm. (like mercedes) which made it so the drivers controls were all one touch. also had remote start, proximity sensors, and i had motors put in so all the doors would lock and unlock from the alarm...

check the cable where in goes into the trans. make sure its all the way in. then drive it, if theres no difference after a couple days take the gauge cluster out and see if the cable is plugged all the way in. youll have to unplug from the trans first to do this so make sure your cable is all the wa...

yeah i have a 91 5MT and dont think ill ever sell it. i have a auto for sale but i guess he really wants a manual... also wagons didnt come manual in the states. and turbo models only were made from 91-94 in the states. 91 being the first body style and 92-94 being the second body style.
