i had H&Rs on my 91 leggy back in the mid 90s. it was the best decision i ever made. my new project will be getting H&Rs also.

as for the wheels, depends on the offset and how wide they are. the worst u may need to do is roll the fenders.

ive done alot of these in the garage. i dont have a hoist or a lift so i usually jack up the car and lower the engine, trans and crossmember as one. lower it on a jack or dolly and roll it out. im actually doing a full drivetrain swap this weekend. should be fun.

that is one of the cleanest examples of a 1st gen legacy ive ever seen. paint looks mint and not a speck of rust. u sir have a gem. gl with it.

pick up a set of outback struts and springs and just swap it out. 2-300 bucks and ull have a winter setup and a summer setup. u can swap all 4 corners in less than an hr.
