Head Swap question

I have a 2.2T (EJ22T) Legacy engine. I would like to rebuild it for rally. I want to get more power out of it. I would like to change the heads to 2.5 heads (NA EJ25), do pistons, cams, etc. Does anyone know what heads I can run (what years, phase, and head gasket?). Any brand on pistons, and cams? ...
