I'm not sure why it sticks. It sorta seems as though the handle twists sideways as you lift it up. I'll look at it a bit more closely and get back to you. Update on the car status. No one made an offer on the rolling chassis on either of the forums I've posted it on. Craigslist didn't pan out either...
