How do you remove the steering column on a Subaru Legacy

You probably have to clean the IAC valve. To bad in Iraq they don't have any car parts or additives so you can clean it. Your going to have to import some spark plugs, and wires from europe or asia man. How much did Subaru in the Midwest say it will cost for spark plugs and wires? Do you have WD40 ...
