Re: Plugging the front crankcase vent....OK?

i believe it's purpose is to even out crankcase pressure with the pressure in the heads. it doesnt run to the intake anywhere. take a look at the wrx and sti setup to see if the back line is the same as ours, maybe there's are different?

your line should be a white nylon line with a very small diameter.

Re: HELP!! What Just Happened To My Car????

my car has done that too. it's always a good idea to replace every vacuum line under the hood except ones with check valves. those should be inspected. As far as your needle flutter, could be a crappy gauge, could be a leak or your boost line doesnt have a plenum installed. The smallest opening runn...

Re: The Ultimate Coffee Cup.

i take it you seen the one i sold matt? that one is pretty good but it was only done by one of our o.k welders. You should see the stuff our top welders put out. These guys are some of the best in the world from around the world. They can weld any type of metal you can think of. Weve even had people...

Re: HELP!! What Just Happened To My Car????

ive has this exact problem when mike was tuning my car, as soon as i hit a certain psi it would drop but the rpm's will still go up and the exhaust gets quiet. Myproblem was a boost leak from a broken clamp that only opened at 13 and above pounds.

Im thinking you supra bpv leaks under higher boost.

take a look at the inside of your pre-turbo elbow. Terrible design for airflow. I think subaru built it this way for longevity and to allow flex. It's bad enough having two elbows right before the turbo nevermind having one with ridges on the inside. The gains are noticeable with my td05. The turbo ...

i wish i could make more. I'm a fitter though and i'd have to bug welders to do all the welding. I can however supply the material and drill the holes in the reducer. The rest of the cold air intake is built im just waiting to find the right K&N. I am going to use the biggest one i can fit in th...

flickr wont let me post the bigger pics anymore, just the thumbnails.

anyways, i used all od tubing welded to a 3 1/4 od by 2 1/4 od 14 gauge stainless reducer.

There is a little bit of tubing in the reducer to create vacuum for the f pipe line. I hope it's working.

ive had a problem like this too. Check to see if your little rubber black cover is still on the top passenger side of your bellhousing. You should not be able to see the flywheel. Sometimes the covers break and can get caught down there. Have a look.

Love the detailed response, it is much appreciated and i really could not have asked for more. I weigh 310 so no weight savings here, and power heated leather seats dont help either. I got the td05 on, but im keeping it on normal mode and keeping the boost around 12, im kinda afraid to open it up un...
