Thanks for the info! I'll add impreza upper perches to my list for the next junk yard run and hope I don't end up with my butt stickin' up too far in the air...

? on 1999 Outback Sport springs

I'm going to be putting new struts in (GR-2's probably) and I happen to have a set of 99' impreza OBS springslaying in my garage. Would the KYB's work with the impreza springs? If so, would these springs be an increase in the spring rates vs my stock 92 SS sedan springs? I assume the rears would be ...

This is a non-issue for anyone not pushing 400+ crank horsepower. The fact is that the most you stand to lose is one or two horsepower over a bellmouth setup. exhaust gasses will be turbulent, period; after the turbocharger it really doesn't matter; and one must consider the internal pressure in th...

E85 can be a sweet deal... If you can provide the extra fuel and tune to take advantage of it via increased boost &/or advanced timing. I had it in a civic hatch w/turbo'd LS swap and saw a 40WHP increase when proplerly tuned (via AEM EMS 256 FWHP 228WTQ on a T3 w 550cc injectors). Yup, its a co...

OOOH! I want to have "bongs" welded into my intake  Seriously, good idea, I'm doing the same thing. Keeping the stock velocity stock is key as Legacy777 point out, not many aftermarket companies do this, only Stillen & K&N comes to mind. But of course those are the pricy inta...
