My $'s on a boost leak. The turbo's aren't that loud on these cars even desnorkled and MUG'd. If it sounds REALLY cool , then its probably a boost leak, but that should be easy to find if you don't have a TMIC. Just check the tube coming off the turbo going to the throttle body.

Gonzo, I see no mention of a FCD mentioned anywhere in this thread. You are currently about 1-1.5psi from hitting fuel cut. If you want to go any higher you will need to either make one or buy one.
