the motor is comming out again for the last time before school

what bits need to be replaced with the clutch and associated parts

the splines in the picture are from under the boot on the first picture
i cut the boot away and it slid right out of the twisted section in the top picture

this is a stretch though is it possible i have the incorrect engine mounts on the motor in the SS , they re originally on the 98 EJ25D ->BK chassi<- will this cause the transmission to sit incorrectly when all is bolted down ?
