the piston pin cap is much bigger than the clutch fork pin cap ..
what size key is it ?

i m taking the 22T case apart this weekend .. it looks pretty bad inside..

ok i may have worded the op incorrectly what i mean to say is that i have a EJ2.5 in the car now using a 22t flywheel and clutch assembly the 22t flywheel and clutch are a smaller size then the ej25 setup yess ?!? the 22t clutch has burnt up , i m wanting to change up the size to a larger diameter f...

i ve read somwhere along this fourm that packing the wheel-bearing is not recommended because of the location of the part

supposedly, the excess grease acts as a dirt-magnet effectively wearing out the bearing pre-maturly ?!

i do know where to look when i do this in the spring! excellent write up !

does this mean i need a different starter or will i use the original starter ?!

so the knock sensor was wired incorrectly from the swap i switched out the sensor and re-wired the connections and now im out of limp mode :smt023 it is still super rich tho, running regular fuel seems to smooth things out a bit, the new plugs and wires should help when they re added too appriciate ...
