1991 legacy turbo 5 spd awd

every now and again, lately, my cars headlights will dim, and interior lights and all the icons will pop up [battery, e-brake, ect.]

i'm not sure if it's poor wiring, cause i have had several issues with the wiring so far, or if it's the battery...however it has started ...

i was under the impression it has vlsd in the front as well, but i could be wrong? anyone care to clarify?

Yes, those are dodge shadow rims...
