Re: Olympus Rally

Another great place to see and meet drivers is the service areas at Tahola and South Bend. They sign autographs and talk to fans while the car is being serviced. They have large posters that they sign and give out. My crew is running time in and out of service as well as the service ham operator. I ...

Re: Not about cams

I don't think disparaging remarks should be made about Ken at Delta Cams. I know him, he is a nice person. Any of their employees could be called a salesperson, I believe he is a machinist also. That said, Epic fail informatiion about cams was informative, thanks. Sure, he is a nice enough guy. I d...

Using a flamethrower to start a fire was genius. My wife and I had fun and it was good meeting everyone. Thanks for organizing this, Qman. LOL, yeah, the new in-laws don't mess around when starting a camp fire. Actually, just a roofing flamer but it worked all the same! Thanks again for coming out....

I want to thank everyone who braved the windchill! Damn, it was cold. We had a good turn out despite the cold. We had snow all the way up from Greenwater. The food idea seemed to be very welcomed. Maybe we'll keep doing it. The fire was the best place to be. Turbone and I brought up a couple of prop...

Absolutely, snows required. That way there are no issues with road conditions. It has been known to freeze up when the sun goes over the hill.

Not a problem. There are several options for those. Easiest to call the shop to discuss them though as they get pretty detailed and would take days to discuss them through the forum.

I scaled my 96 Impreza Brighton coupe. It weighed in at 2740 with fuel and me. Which puts the car about 2470. Not a sedan but should be close.

Threats to people lacking reading comprehension skills. No one's saying they'd hit this guy, just that thieves SHOULD be hit, like child molesters SHOULD be shot, though they're not. Nobody's actually going around killing them because we still recognize the advantages of society vs. anarchy. My adv...

A pussy society that talks tough from behind their keyboards while complaining about things like dead celebrities. Fixed it for ya. It cracks me up that so many people can't make it 5 minutes without bitching about MJ. Seriously, don't you "tough guys" have anything better to worry about?...

It worries me that a car rolled over when it caught a rut. With my luck, that'll be me. From what I understand, its a very rare occurance. I imagine the car would've come down on its wheels, had the driver maintained more throttle. Too much throttle is actually what caused the roll-over. Had the dr...

Doug, find some one who can do a hydrocarbon test. I will tell you for sure if the headgasket is blow and pressurizing the cooling system. It may be air pockets in the cooling system causing the bubbles. Considering that you ran it completely out of water it is a possibility.
