Re: kimokalihi's 91 SS EJ20 Swap
Sounds to me like theres air in the system. Just got back from WCSS and the car runs excellent. The steering rack is toast though. It's sticking BAD and sometimes doesn't want to turn at all and then it'll come loose all of the sudden and start working again. Won't be driving it much anymore for a w...

Re: HELP! Need to fix before WCSS (VIDEO on post #5)
Theres a fuse on the kickpanel that says engine something did you check that? yeah i swapped the ecu off my other turbo, and those are the codes that instantly came on. I just screwed something up. Re: starter problem?
I replaced the battery with another one from my dads truck and i still have the same problem. All my battery cables are firmly attached. I checked them from the battery to the starter and came up with nothing. Can it possibly be the ignition switch? A circuit tester will show a good connection even ...

Re: starter problem?
It's possible that the new starter is the problem but it's more likely that the battery is run down. Is it possible that your alternator is failing? It's also possible that one or more of the battery cables are loose, either at the battery end or at the starter end. Check the battery voltage. If yo...

I know this is old but if anyone is looking for a ej20g/k/h contact Zack at Jhot Importers. His is a great guy and knows his stuff. The motors are also compression and leakdown tested before they get sent to your door.

We need someone that has done this swap before using sti lca. Has there been anyone on this board who has put usdm sti lca on there bc? I dont want to end up purchasing these and throw my suspension geometry off by having too much of a wide track up front.
