don't know if it would work, but i have a 4eat out of a 2000 legacy gt. i'm pretty sure it has a 4.44, and i also have the driveshaft and LSD or VSLD (not sure here either) rear diff. pm me if you have q's.

i know it's an old thread, but... i just put the mid pipe from an 05 sti and the tailpipe/muffler from a wrx on my 91 awd wagon and it was pretty easy. i welded in the extension in the front of the midpipe, just behind the flange and did a little relocation on the rear muffler hangers and presto it ...

tires are shot, but wheels are in good shape. asking $200

parting out, thought i'd post here because i know that a lot of these parts fit the older series cars.
