Leaky headgasket or just paranoia?
The Car: 90 Legacy L 5mt, 200K, N/A Recently my car has been running a bit rougher at idle so I did a bit of a tuneup: plugs, cleaned maf (i have a K&N), new O2 sensor (walker), reset ecu, fresh oil and oem filter. The idle improved quite a bit and the engine runs smoother overall...but... Yeste...

Replacing the pistons will quiet it down....for a while. So far I haven't found any aftermarket pistons for that engine. I have found that supposedly Wiseco...

Probl...

Well, after reading a million posts about transmission fluids, cocktails and reviews... and then reading a few more, and then talking to a few more people I ended up taking the dealers recomendation and using the subaru synthetic (they sold me some in a jug that I brought in). I've got to say that t...

91 Legacy Turbo Hood and power steering pump fs
So, i've been a long time follower of the forum, but never got around to joining (been on usmb for a long time) until now. Putting some parts up for sale and thought you guys should have the first crack at them. Recently my 90 legacy had a bit of a fender bender so during the rebuild I bought a turb...
