I know alot of people think a blowoff valve is pointless.. but to be honest. i love the sound. when i got the car it had some kind of BOV on it ran 100% to the atmosphere. and the car idled really crappy and would die sometimes when idling. right now i just have one of those plastic bypass valves on...

Mine does the same thing at the exact same times you mentioned..

but my car is catless 3" from the turbo back.

Its pretty normal and nothing to worry about at all.
and i think it sounds pretty sick

Also.. forgot to mention. the temp guage inside the car was totally normal and the engine was not abnormally hot.. just that one spot was obviously very very hot.
