Yes. The paint under it is silver, but it was in pretty bad shape. I was going to paint it to match my car(white) but didn't because of the fit issue.

I have to agree that it could get really expensive blindly
adjusting boost without a gauge. I guess that turning DOWN your boost could give you a bit better gas milage, but I think keeping your foot out of the skinny pedal would be the best easiest cheapest way to get better gas mileage.

Your best bet is to take off the part and go to your local bolt & screw supply. You can even find the right bolt/nut combo at home depot or lowes, hell, even true value. All of those places have a metric section(usually in the big file drawers). You can even buy a bolt diameter/thread count guid...

Schucks/kragen/checker/o'rileys has maf adapters by SPECTRE. I use them all the time for many different applications. Just used two to make a hood mounted snorkle on My Suzuki sidekick. They have both plastic and alum. Ones in different diameters.
