How would I get 300hp or atleast 13.5 quarter mile out of a legacy turbo.

Also how far could I get before not passing emissions.

what engine managment stuff do you gy recamend a link or piggy back stuff.

200-250 bucks only if it's really not sloppy. What does every body else think. Oh yeah I'm a turbo rookie.
