i did a seemingly simple version of what ive seen here, sanded the headlights down with 150 grit paper, wipe clean, spray with rustolum clear coat and looks great to me. i did this a few months ago and not even a noticable haze yet, i have some after pictures http://i342.photobucket.com/albums/o407/...

i took both side timing covers off, nothing fell out and it sounds like the ticking is coming from the right head which is easier to take apart. would it bee worth it/ a good idea to buy heads from the junk yard and re-build them then swap them out, and what all would i need to get if i just took th...

what is this connector for

ive seen this connector on my car, its on the right headlight/ cornerlight harness and sticks out of the plastic tube. would anything different happen if i connect it? what is it for? also there isnt one on the left side

finally got around to looking under the car and the sway bar endlink bottom bolts were basicly finger tight so i tightened them back down but i dont know if its fixed yet, im gonna find out tomorrow when i take a small drive

i have a similar problem but the idle doesnt low enough to kill the car and sometimes its just a really low idle which makes the car shudder at times

i think ive figured out what i need to do i just dont know how. if i can set it up so when i turn on the highbeams i get the transition between low and highbeam when both are on.

You can pull them out and replace the lash adjusters that are stuck, or try to soak them so they free up. It's not bad to get them out with the motor in the car. I've done it a few times on my '93 beater and my sister's '95. i had been thinking it would be easy to take them out so i might attempt t...

Josh, would you happen to know which color of wire does what? i looked at the wire colors and theres a yellow, red, and red with blue dots. do you have any idea which ones do what(like which one is ground, low beam, and high beam)?

ill try that tomorrow but im pretty sure the alignment shop would have told me cause the guy i go to takes every car out for a quick drive before calling the owner to come get it. so im pretty sure the components are tightened to spec but just to be sure ill check tomorrow
