Re: Computer legacy 92 l wag awd manual

I ordered one from lowmileagepArts.com should be pretty identical. Now my problem is getting to it . The Haynes ma I shows a steel plate to unscrew underneath the dash passenger side , underneath the carpet, but mine has a rubber lining instead of a steel plate that I'm having a hard time removing

Re: Magnet on your oil pan

Cool, never knew they make such a plug!:)

Well I suppose if you do find a lot of stuff on it, it could be an indication that something is going wrong?

Magnet on your oil pan

Just remembered about a old trick a friend of mine used to do back in the days, put a few magnets underneath the oil plan, to get all the metal particles down the pan and flush them eventually during oil changes....

You guys ever heard about that? I found it kinda neat

Re: Water instead of seafoaM?

my co-worker says during the 70's they would pour water and baking soda down the carburator (?) before engine rebuilts, all pistons came out shiny and poilished like brand new but all seals shot obviously from the baking soda (best way to clean out a dirty cooking pan btw)
