I have used undersized tires on a legacy on two occations - both of which resulted in my tires going severly out of round...

i'm surprised peoples numbers are so low. Isuzu Rodeo - 240k with no major engine or transmission work, still kickin. it has a gm engine too. My girlfriends fam has an old landcruiser and a corolla, both 300+ I wanna hear about some people with 400+ subies, they must be out there.

i have seen a strut that worn out. not on my car of course, but on freind's who was too cheap to replace his blown out struts. everytime he went around a corner or over a bump you could hear multiple clunks. it was so blown you could kick the tire and see it change camber. A real safety hazard if yo...

according to the suspension information compendium, they should fit, but i bet the rear will sag a little. i would use the fronts and not the rears and see how it rides

actually you might need a different front perch. i dunno

i just installed Koni inserts for an RS with 2000 RS springs and tophats. i've driven it across country but have yet to tune everything. at medium stiff, the struts are strong. i'd recommend the RS springs, the ride quality is pretty much perfect for me--not too stiff or bouncy, just solid. i secon...

Re: Just want to confirm that this will work

I want know if I can run stock WRX 00-03 (04?) struts. should fit I have universal Subaru coil over springs (yeah I know they'll be crappy but I don't care) so I don't have to worry about which tops to use. In all the threads I've read it's mostly about getting certian spring/strut/top combos to wo...

at a stop sign waiting to get on a 2 lane mountain highway, after waiting for quite some time, i pull out between 2 cars about 10 car links apart, plenty of room. i time it perfect, gun it and slide perfectly in between. well guy behind me starts waving his arms around honking, you name it. seeing t...

You're an idiot can't argue with you there. i dont mean any suv, i mean under powered ones. I guess big isn't that essential, but i think a high stance improves visibility and decreases confidence in high speed cornering. If i were buying a car for my child, I would be more concerned about their sa...

I hate safety lectures, but i also think parents should only buy big slow cars for their kids, SUVs even. The extra they spend in gas, they will save down the road in insurance . Even n/a legacies are too zippy. Nothing gave me more respect for driving slow then driving an F250 every day. People zip...

i think you can go to autozone and get some poly bushings for the bottom. take one off and take it in. as far as the one in the sway bar - it's prolly gonna be a dealership part and you'll prolly have a hell of a time getting a new one in there.

one thing to keep in mind is that gr-2's or agx's will raise the front a bit. I think a nice setup is gr-2's and stock springs in the rear and some rs/wrx take off strut/spring combo's in the front. Little or no drop but a bit stiffer in the front and good handling. Combine that with a whiteline 18-...

i agree with manarius on gregs problem, i had the same thing, it was like the starter would occationaly keep spinning half way to work, nasty grinding sound, sometimes it would take a dozen key turns to actually start the car. swaping the starter did the trick for me. as for x-flow, another thing to...

i dont think there is any hollow space on the side of the trunk, i think you would be drilling right to the outside maybe your best bet is to take out the back seat and try and bolt to that flange between the back seat and the trunk. your prolly gonna have to take out the seat to install speakers or...
