I have never seen the vacuum diagram for the twin turbo setup, but that's where I'd suggest starting. Try getting your hands a hold of that to see how it's supposed to be, and then compare that against your setup.

Hey guys just got this car, its a 97 legacy LHD swap. I think the primary is taking a dump, if so, would a TD04 be a suitable swap for the primary turbo? if not, what would be a good turbo swap for the primary?
