Yeah it's definitely an aftermarket bumper kit likely from Japan. Chances are, they no longer make them, but you can check some of the Japanese import sites to see if they could get it. It'd be easier if you can find out who made it, that at least would give you a name to ...

I've been searching for leads as to where I can find this bumper. It's more then likely is a JDM aftermarket kit for a BD or BG Lego. I was sent here to ask you fella's on Legacy Central for some help.
