Chances are, they no longer make them, but you can check some of the Japanese import sites to see if they could get it. It'd be easier if you can find out who made it, that at least would give you a name to provid...

I've been searching for leads as to where I can find this bumper. It's more then likely is a JDM aftermarket kit for a BD or BG Lego.
