JDM STi V2 GC8 Rear Brake Setup, StopTech Rotors, Calipers

Recently upgraded to a 2006 WRX 2-pot setup, so I have the original rear brake components for sale. The car is a JDM import, a 1995 STi V2, and the rear setup is identical to the 1994 Legacy Turbo, and features much thicker, 266 mm rear vented rotors which are substantially better than the regular R...

Re: 1990-1994 Turbo Legacy owners and the rear rotor mystery

The pad is the same? So it is only the length of the caliper bracket arm that changes because of the thicker vented rotor?

Re: 1990-1994 Turbo Legacy owners and the rear rotor mystery

I've secured a set of Powerslot rotors, now I am looking for a set of performance pads; I was looking at the EBC Red Stuff series and they come up with a part number: DP3821C.

Can anyone confirm that this is in fact correct for my setup (or any 90-94 Legacy Turbo)?

Thanks.

Let me know what you have.

My email is r.lech@teksavvy.com

Thanks for looking.

1990-1994 Turbo Legacy owners and the rear rotor mystery

Hey folks, I own a Japanese import Impreza STi Version II which fortunately, or unfortunately, happens to use the same rear brake setup as the 90-94 Legacy Sport Sedan otherwise known as the Turbo. It's a great system which handles the weight of the car very well, but I just realized how difficult i...
