My 94 Legacy wagon has been sitting for a little bit. Opened the door and it smelled mildewy. Driver seat was wet and floorboard was soaked. Is there enough meat on Legacy rotors to turn them or is it recommended to replace rotors with new ones each time you do a brake job? I'm asking about rotors for a 94 Legacy wagon.

Stock pads good enough or anyone recommend an upgrade?

How do the covers come off around the interior door handles? My electric locks are slow to work. Sometimes won't work at all. I would like to shoot some lube in there to see if it helps, but don't want to bugger up my trim.
