Just in case this helps anyone in the future.
Oil jet/squirter washer measurements: .405" OD, .208" ID, .039" thick. Or 10.3mm OD, 5.3mm ID, 1mm thick.
I ordered washers from McMaster Carr, part no. 93286A011. About $10.00 for 100 washers iirc. Over 11k on my build so far.

Re: Need A New IACV
Yes, the turbo goes upward but the guts from an NA are the same. So you can take the internals out of the NA IACV and put it in your turbo IACV housing if you still have it. It's just an option if you can't find a turbo one.

Re: WTB: Whiteline Adj. Rear Sway Bar
I have one that fits a second gen Legacy. I took it off my 95 L wagon and put it on my 03 WRX but I can't get it to stop clunking with my Kartboy endlinks so I am going to put the stock swaybar back on. It feels great but the clunking is driving me crazy. It didn't make any noise on my 95 L. I thoug...

I don't have one but you can take an NA IACV and swap it over to your housing and it will work.

Re: aluminum coolant expansion tank?
I used a tank from a WRX and relocated it next to the ABS module on the passenger side of the engine bay. I bought a piece of 90* aluminum stock and cut and modified it to act as a brace. A few writeups on how to do it are out there. Not a bad job at all and you get rid of that horrible plastic tank...

Re: EJ22t Short Block/EJ205 Heads, Who done it
Also, what are you going to do about the forward PCV? 90* port on the top of the 22t block? I mocked up the ej205/255/7 crossover pipe on my block and it contacts that pipe. My idea is to use a phase I crossover pipe with the sensors on the same side as the ej205's so the wiring easily reaches and ...

Re: Starter won't spin and fans cycle on
I bet your starter contacts are worn. Pull the starter and replace the contacts. If you have an alternator/starter rebuild shop in your city they can sell you some for a couple bucks. Otherwise you can order a kit on eBay for about $10. Or just buy a new starter.

Re: 22T/205 Hybrid crankcase breather problem
I'll check it out. Seems like plugging it won't cause any problems so I might just go that route. As far as the 205 not having a crankcase breather, that is what I had been reading but when I looked up the pcv diagram there is a crankcase breather on the backside of the engine near the flywheel acce...

Re: 87 RX turbo...won't start
I have a healthy fear of RX turbo engines. My buddy spent $16k on his rebuild. Car was insanely fast. Lasted a day before the crank bearing oozed out of the front. So he rebuilt it again. Lasted a few days. Car was igniting when it wasn't supposed to and blew up his seals. He's on rebuild number thr...

22T Case Bolt - Superseded washers!
I am building a 22T/205 hybrid. Wiseco pistons, STi rods, new OEM bearings, 22T crank. One of the water jacket bolts got a little stripped, and I cut a groove in the other to make it into a thread cleaner. I lost the two corresponding washers for them. I ordered two new water jacket bolts and two wa...

H&R lowering springs & gr2s - wagon springs on sedan?
I purchased a set of slightly used kyb gr2s and some h&r sport springs w/5k with the intent of installing them on my 95 BK wagon a couple years ago. I never got around to installing them and I am selling my wagon soon since I bought a Wrx. They came with spacers for the rear to counter saggy but...

Re: Ebay fender or OEM for replacement?
That's great news. I'll have to pull the trigger on a set and update when I install them. The rh fender has rotted off at the bottom and the lh is beginning to bubble, and both fenders have some pretty nast dents. I've combed the junkyards for a set of fenders but pretty much every one has some rust...

The current AC compressor in the car is 73011 AA090. Some suggestions I have found searching this site for compatible AC compressors are: 73011 AA091, 73011 AA710, 73011 AA031, & 73011 AA090. My Subaru dealership gives 73011 AA020 as the replacement compressor for $796. Subarugenuineparts.com sa...

AC Compressor - Will NA work w/'93 22t?
My wife's AC compressor died after I had it recharged last fall. It's getting hot and I am going to fix it. In the FSM the there are two part numbers for the AC compressor: 73020 AA030 & 730AA031 so it would seem they are interchangeable. The subaru dealership gave the the turbo AC compressor pa...

Re: 95 L 22ecu run 22T?
The difference in compression ratos was my main concern. The 22t is about 8.1:1 and the phase 1 22e is close to 9.5:1 iirc. With forged internals the 22t can handle a lot more than psi asssuming no det. At the very least id need a rrfpr. I think I might try it and see what happens. If it works I cou...
