If I go (can't commit yet) it would be fun to drive there in a group.

Re: Legacy Central BBQ time! saturday june 23rd 11am

Could somebody post up a google maps location of the event? My sister lives in West Seattle and I've been looking for an excuse to head over that way for a visit.

Re: FS: 1990 Legacy automatic/motorized seat belt system

I had a belt from a 91 that I installed in my 94 with no issues. How much do you want for the belts? I have a friend with 2 Leggo sedans and none of his belts work.

Re: What did you do to your Subie today?

Installed a new stereo that I had laying around. The factory deck didn't have the aux and the speakers would randomly cut out. Now that's all fixed without a dime spent (I had a harness too).

Re: What did you do to your Subie today?

Just over $900 after taxes. If I was going to do it all over again I would do the 4" instead of the 6". Cheaper and there is less items that need to be modified. I wouldn't worry too much about the bits and pieces, it's not that complicated. I got mine installed without even reading the i...

Looks awesome! I've been dying to pick up an SJR kit but I'm intimidated by all the little bits and pieces. How much was your kit if you don't mind me asking?

Agreed. I had a 93 Metro 1.0L 3cyl and I loved that car. And this Focus is better looking, safer, more comfortable, has almost 3x the hp as the Metro and gets the same milege? Awesome.

Those look good. I've had 2 sets of Hankooks and I have nothing bad to say. You migh want to consider these tires if you want a slightly quieter tire and one that will last much longer at only $12 more for a set.

Well if you do end up cutting/torching the coils please let us know how it turned out. I had a 96 L wagon that I was really wanting to slam on the cheap. But I was talked out of doing so. I really want a slammed wagon.

Re: So, can i just torch a coil?

I'd say no, don't do it unless you have another set to use if it goes bad. I think struts from an Impreza will bolt right on and give you a nice drop. There's gotta be a salvage yard around that has a set at a decent price.

So what code or codes did it give you when you read it? Or were there even any codes? The cel comes on and off in my SVX because of a bad o2 sensor.

Re: New 94 L wagon from MT

Are they both turbo'd? I wish! I think it's easier to supercharge the SVX than to turbocharge it. A TT SVX would be crazy. Nice work on the Leg. I have been researching SVXs for about a couple of weeks now. Really want one and have found some support for it. I think they are just really cool and so...

First off welcome. Your SS is beautiful! And the Audi isn't too shabby either. I also have a set of snowflakes on my Legacy. They are just so sexy on 1st gens. As for your cel if its flashing codes at you the diagnostic pigtail is still probably plugged in. My car was like that when I bought it. Fla...

Re: What did you do to your Subie today?

Wonder what is wrong with the exhaust. If it has the cats it should pass emissions, and I would think pass a visual inspection....but who knows what some of the inspectors are thinking. I think he told me that they said there's a crack in the manifold. And maybe there is a small one but it's quiete...
