Re: EJ25 Engine Swap?
Search for frankenmotor swaps. You can use the EJ25 short block, but the newer heads are not compatible with our older sensors. People have gotten butt loads of low-end torque (by NA standards) with the 2.5 block on 2.2 heads. A full 2.5 long block would give you less low end than you have now ;) G...

EJ25 Engine Swap?
Hey guys, so i have the EJ22T and was thinking of swapping to an EJ25 the NA SOHC same as the foresters and things like that, i was wondering has anyone done this? I assume so, i searched but did not see anything. The reason i want to swap is because during the RallyX's i've done i need TQ and the 2...

Re: Might seem silly, but Reverse Spot light question?
I'd hit up a 4x4 shop and ask them about a foglight relay kit, and see what they recommend for backup lights. I see tons of lifted trucks with those around here. Good idea, i was thinking directly tapping the wire, then was thinking thats probably not a good idea i assume alot of draw from the wire...

Might seem silly, but Reverse Spot light question?
So, my 92 SS is built as a Rallyx Car / Spearfishing rig lol. I go out into the bush quite a bit and reversing in pitchblack its nice to see some things, does anyone know how i would mount, and activate a fog or "spotlight" to turn on? I am not too electrical savvy but any assistance would...

Re: Best fitting rally flaps
i have the universal rally armor flaps, they are nice and all but i want it to be more stiff, i am running Gorilla mudflaps on my 07 outback and love them, they are stiffer and i feel offer more protection. After a rallyx event my fenders are covered in the SS so they work? Kinda? I think more looks...

Use a home paint sprayer, it feels smooth honestly no texture. It has almost a stain finish.

This car is mine now, and has been for a while, there was some cheap headers / uppipe, they have since been replaced with STI exhaust manifold that i port matched, with a GS coated up-pipe. My lego runs much better!

Great information guys. Thank you, Josh, for the added information in regard to the wagons with the bump in the roof. That just happens to be what I have. Do the '05 rear seats work on wagons ? I gathered that they do work on sedans from Kimo's post. Devilzdriver, I'm not sure what body you have. T...

Re: Turbo Legacy for Daily/RallyX/Track
Hey guys, So I've just stumbled on a local 92 Turbo Legacy for sale and would like your advice. My plans for this car would be fun semi-daily with RallyX and track days, with a moddest mod budget. Just checked the car out last night and its rough, but I'm sure it has potential. It's a 92 factory tu...
