I know it's to lean, the real problem is the afc/rob tune why isn't the afc neo working could it be interfering with each other?

Okay so I have a 95 legy with an ss swap with a Rob tune I just got done switching from an STI build to a full rotated holset hx35 frontmout ej22t the works, and I'm running lean with the STI 550cc injectors (obviously) the afr's are good to about 18psI (afr's are 12-13), anyways I had an apexi afc ...
