ok so i have a 94 legacy wagon 2.2L non turbo, i recently had a no start issue. i replaced the fuel pump thinking that was the problem, well now it starts, barley. it takes about 10-15 seconds of cranking before it starts(cranks very strong) then when it does catch the idle fluctuates from about 350...

lower strut bolts
so right now im trying to change the struts im my 94 wagon, and the lower strut bolts in the rear just wont budge loose. so I'm thinking to just cut them off, can i do that? are those regular bolts or are they special? any help would be appreciated

hey thanks so much for the reply, now that topic says i can use 02-03 WRX springs without modification and i found a set of H&R springs that say they lower a WRX about 1.5", how low would that be on my legacy? since, im assuming, the WRX rides lower stock.
