JDM Folding Mirrors w Switch

Hey everyone. I have a set of JDM folding mirrors and switch that I'm more than willing to sell. Paint is not in the greatest condition but isn't bad too bad. I got them with a car I bought a few years ago. Sold the car and never put them on/hooked them up. Located in Canada, looking for 200$ but wi...

Re: Air bag question

When you take apart the cluster, behind the airbag plug is a little motherboard that is hidden behind a piece of plastic. That motherboard tells the car when to keep that airbag light on. You can just remove it completely or just don't plug in that connector that goes to it. It'll keep the light off...

Airbag Light Trouble

So a little update. I took the cluster apart and found that there is some sort of motherboard for the airbag light itself. I'm guessing to determine whether or not the light should be on or off. So now the question is. Can I "scrap" that and solder a LED to the gasket on the back of the cl...

Re: Airbag Light Trouble

The system is in yes. But not "hooked up properly." On the back of the cluster on the left side there is 4 spots for lights. The CEL, the oil light and battery light. The fourth spot is covered by the circuit gasket and is blocked on the inside by plastic. There's no way to put a light in ...

Airbag Light Trouble

Hey all, so I've been having some trouble getting my car to pass an inspection that takes the place when you buy a car out of province (from Canada). All went well except for the fact that they dinged me for not having an airbag. (Previous owner took out the module.) so I went to a shop and asked th...

Re: body kits

What front lip is that!!! Ugh. Looks so good. It's the aerotech front bumper I believe http://www.aerotech.co.nz/Makes_Menu/Subaru/SU80301/Car10acrop350.jpg Too "over the top" for a Subaru IMHO. The front bumper is too low and it's got too many holes in it. The side skirts aren't half bad...
