I think I have seen this wagon on the gram before. It's gotta be the same one. Image

Re: Speedometer cable broken?

Yikes. I'm assuming it's toast. A helpful tip to avoid that in the future is to reach down and undo the connection above the tranny. You pull the silver wire clamps apart, pull up and that will give you plenty of slack for next time.

Re: Front and rear bars for 91 L wagon or at least a rear ba

Thanks for the info on shipment. The bar I have ordered is the BSR19XXZ 22mm rear and to know mine may be out there in the 7 seas is good news.

Re: Front and rear bars for 91 L wagon or at least a rear ba

I'm running a 20mm up front off an Outback and have been waiting 4 months for Whiteline to bake another batch of 22mm rears. I paid 215 through energy suspension and contacted whiteline who said I may have to wait another 9 months. It's a sad sad joke.

Agent Smith, your positive it's consumption that's making your oil disappear?

Re: Exhaust with Wastegate?

Ahh. I see your intention. You want to be able to control the volume of your exhaust. For this you could do an electronic cutout as close to the turbo as you can get it. I wouldn't suggest an electronic one though as they tend to all be junk. Having an on demand roar come from your car would be cool...

Re: CDT Speaker Upgrade

The first 94 Legacy I had I didn't touch the fronts because they were fine. It was just the stock head unit failing. Sorry for going off topic. The worst part about a first gen Legacy's audio system is that the front speakers use a weird triangular mount with a 6.5 mounting hole. I think some people...

I actually like my stock gas pedal haha. It should work. Unfortunately the brake and clutch pedal are a nuisance to get on.

Re: Budget Rumble

Step 1. Acquire a cat back exhaust for an 02-07 Wrx/ STI. ( it can be stock or aftermarket) Step 2. Decide what dowpipe route you want to go. ( If you have an OEM cat back and an aftermarket 3 inch dowpipe consider getting a mating adapter for step 3) Step 3. Pick an exhaust shop to have the cat bac...

Re: Front Seats Removal

What's up Alex. Nice Legacy. The seat rail has 4 bolts (1 at each corner). The rear 2 are sometimes covered with trim or a visual obstruction. If you've already tried pb and an impact you could very carefully try heat. For the ashtray rail I would suggest a ratcheting offset Phillips driver. http://...

Re: Turboing a EJ22E write up

Awesome write up man. Its cool seeing all the different routes people take to turbo the na22. For my coolant lines i ran 5/16 silicone heater hose by HPS from the throttle body coolant outlet to a 5/16 to 12mm banjo adapter on my td04. The only thing i disagree with is the cutting of the crossmember...
