Re: It's a sickness, isn't it?
I'd flip it, then again I don't have the sickness you guys speak of. No interest in other Subarus, barely interest in mine, it's quickly becoming an appliance.

Re: anyone think you can fit 17x 9.75 inch wide wheels
Not well, but you can fit anything if you try hard enough. I think Kelowna is running 9.5s. Couple pics here, the 9.5" Rikens are the mesh wheels, they are 16s but I don't see why you couldn't do 17 http://bbs.legacycentral.org/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=46331&p=359843&hilit=16x9#p359843 I...

Re: My car just fell apart in 5 minutes
I'm kinda weirded out that when I went to the speed sensor page in my manual there was a troubleshooting receipt from Autozone from 2009 saying a Legacy had a bad speed sensor. I have never had Autozone troubleshoot anything  I think I'm just gonna order a sensor, might as well replace it if ...

Re: My car just fell apart in 5 minutes
Sweet, I will look for that, it runs fine but I've been in several situations where something was supposed to make my car run bad but did nothing(o2 sensor I'm looking at you). My speedometer doesn't give a speed, needle just sits there. I am derp though, my headlights were out because I had my high...

I saw one for $3500 when I was car shopping at about 17, decided against it because it'd be a pain to maintain, I still regret it

Re: My car just fell apart in 5 minutes
I should also note that it randomly died on the way to work this morning, started right back up and it was the only problem I've had, but still, it happened. I'm fairly certain it's the main ground, I went to unscrew it and clean it up and the bolt sheered right off, leaving the rest of it in what s...

My car just fell apart in 5 minutes
wtf happened? Driving home last night and within 5 minutes my driver side headlight goes out(probably unrelated), speedometer goes out, and check engine light comes on. I just checked the codes and I'm getting coolant temp sensor(21), oxygen sensor(32), speed sensor(33), and atmospheric pressure sen...

Re: Bought a new car(BMW content ITT)
Fun choice for a project that can be driven without too much worry. Ehh, $4k engine, $1500+ bumpers, still some things to worry about :P It's currently parked because I'm afraid to drive it until the valves are adjusted because I don't wanna ruin the engine. m635csi is a european and canadian model...

Cheap coilovers always sketched me out.
But I suppose at worst you're looking at shocks that blow fast and a shitty ride, since springs are easy to make cheap.

Re: Bought a new car(BMW content ITT)
Quarter panel I think can be fixed by a dent repair place, no creases or anything, just a big dent.
They did sell m6's here, not a whole lot of them, also m635's

V6 STi
Not a big fan of most stock Subaru wheels, 02-04 WRX, GC 2.5rs wheels(5 or 6 spoke), and 04 STi are about all I like on Legacys.
Also willing to trade for wheels+go fast stuff(like a bigger turbo, injectors, fuel pump, etc...aside from an intercooler which I already have)

WTT Feeler: 16x8 Stance Mindset
Getting tired of dealing with these wheels, a bit wide for my taste as I don't wanna do anything to my fenders that will effect how they look on the outside(ie the rub on rolled fenders on my Legacy). They are in like new condition, no curb rash, no bends. Specs: 16x8 5x100 et25 20lbs(as far as I ca...

Re: Bought a new car(BMW content ITT)
Haha I'm definitely not gonna rally it, it would just be made into a replica but only street driven. I like the Fina scheme if I'm gonna do rally but it's a little boring http://i.imgur.com/BQv4G.jpg Or I could go Rothman's and just make both my cars match  http://i.imgur.com/uXHjx.jpg But this...

Re: Bought a new car(BMW content ITT)
Thanks guys  And yup, Evolution nailed it with his description. It also has more touring car wins than any other touring car ever, I read 1300 wins, but I'm not sure if that's accurate. I'd like to make it into a touring car(or maybe Group A rally) replica, but I've got to recover some fund...

Thought you guys might be interested in seeing it :-D It's a project, runs and drives fine but still needs a lot of work. Only tires I've ever bought for less than $100 a piece were 14s and 15s. First 16s I bought was 6 years ago and they were $109, cheapest not-garbage tire I could get.

Anything made for 93-01 GC Chassic Impreza will bolt right up. I have Tein Type HT which I paid $1,500 for used but in like new condition. Sounds like you're not looking to spend much money on coilovers so I would suggest not going with coilovers. Get a set of lowering springs like some whiteline s...
