let's get this thing fixed eh? i need to know how well your stg 2 works with the td05. kidding, but do want to know. the oil is coming from the outside of the turbo for sure, and it sounds like alot. try revving the engine in nuetral to around 4500 to create boost while you look under the hood, the ...

the reason i thnk your seeing smoke is because oil is leaking down from outside the turbo onto your uppipe. replace that oil return line with a silicone one, and use some good clamps. that line can be a bitch to get on.

and if you were to modify the system, what changes are you going to see to the air fuel ratio's?

or maybe it is such a small amount that we dont notice it.

you could always try another chip, but im thinking something may not be right with your build. you should put the stock injectors and maf back on anyway until the engine is broken in.
be sure all your pcv lines are correct, vacuum lines ect. ect

yes, with a custom built titanium wrx exhaust.. you may have some luck with the first hanger, but definitely not the muffler hangers. the hangers on my exhaust pipes are adjustable so i made it work. i also had to add a 7" extension. but things change with a dp. i had to hack my midpipe to bend...

the lower offset means the rims will stick out towards the fender more. for example. i had stock 55 offset wheels on, swapped to a 42et whick means the wheels stuck out 13 mm further. yours would be 20mm. 195 is to skinny for a 7.5 rim. you may have some luck though. but try a 215 tire and get your ...

taking the belt will do very little. the a/c cuts out when you get on it anyways. but, that copressor is heavy. you can also rip out the exchanger, wires, tubing ect. i've enjoyed this mod.

and if you can fab up a bracket for the alternator, you can get rid of that big cluncky cast iron stock one.

you got a short somewhere. a wire could be grounded, your bulbs could be to high of wattage but more than likely there is a power wire grounding or two wires touching. but, it could also have something to do with your blinkers. it's 3 wires going to the headlights on the u.s cars right? those plasti...

imho, go with sti 550's. if your ever planning on running 300 horse these are the safe injectors for the job, but, you need the chip if your going that big. 04-06 usdm sti's use the 550's. you'll need 92-94 n/a fuel rails for them to fit well, or adapters. they will drop right into these rails. befo...

check ur fuses in the engine bay too. if the wrong wire is hooked up to the light or there crisscrossed they will still work but 1 will be brighter than the other. the way mine is wired right now my lights are brighter than stock but not as bright as highbeams and i have not had any problems
