Hi there,
I can't really speak too much about the Robtune setup as it's been too long since reading up on it. Have you tried emailing/contacting Rob with this question?

Re: 2 wire VSS to 3 wire VSS conversion questions/help
You should just have to tie the signal wire from the 3-wire into the VSS signal wire on the 98. If you do that in the engine bay the TCU should get the signal. The VSS just outputs an on/off signal that the ECU & TCU interpret as speed. When you get a chance to drive it let us know what it does.

Those calipers look awesome!
I have set of 4-pot & 2-pots I have been needing to do the same thing. Don't know that I will powder coat, but need to clean up and paint. If i had a media blaster it would be a lot better/easier job. Plus time....I need time

Re: Late PH1 EJ22 Grey Top injectors, any info?
I’d have to look if I have any specific details but I would assume they’d be similar in flow. However, the bigger issue is each type of injector has a specific latency or dead time associated with it. There is no guarantee that latency is the same between the red or grey tops. I’ve experienced diffe...

HI Ryan, Yes, I'm running the 550 cc/min yellow injectors from the 04 era USDM STi. Here are the calibration records for them: https://main.experiencetherave.com/subaru/techinfo/sti_injector_calib.pdf I am running a Link G4 stand alone ECU and have gone to a speed density system and ditched the MAF....

Is this the stock 90 degree elbow or are you looking for the measurements of a 90 degree elbow to go into the TD04?

Nice numbers and the curve trends seem similar to my setup. The stock heads just run out of breath at the higher rpms

Re: Not getting 12 volts to fuel pump.
Sorry Doug....just seeing this post. If with the green diagnostic connectors connected you're seeing voltage go from 12 to 3.5v then that would tell me that the relay is working and the ECU is working because it's telling the fuel pump relay to cycle. Check the voltage on the ECU's F47 connector, pi...

Re: Not getting 12 volts to fuel pump.
Hi Doug, Long time no talk. Hope you are good! If you connect the green diagnostic connectors do you get 12v on and off when the relays engage or still the 3.5v? If you're still only get the 3.5v then it could be the fuel pump relay or something in the wiring from the relay to the pump. Have you tri...

Re: Knock sensor
Thanks for the additional information. You may have multiple issues or certain things that may be symptoms of others. The knock sensor voltage is very low so even just a little bit of issue on the wiring could be a problem. Do you know what the resistance value was? Also, by any chance did you check...

Re: ARE THERE ANY OLDER THAN MY 1990 LEGACY OUT THERE?
Is your VIN a continuation of the '89 production or did they start over with 00001? Was July the start of '90 production? The VIN just states the model year and doesn't really take into account production year. I just know mine was made in July of 89 because it states that on the VIN plate. Have yo...

Re: Knock sensor
Welcome to the BBS. This is an interesting one. Out of curiosity have you checked the resistance/continuity of the knock sensor wiring from the connector in the engine to the ECU? If you haven't I would suggest doing that and verifying that the wire is still good. It's known to become brittle and cr...

Welcome to the BBS
My 90 Legacy was built in July of 89, but was built in Japan and not the Indiana plant.
