If you are running a manual transmission I don't think it should be an issue having nothing connected to B48.20.

Jumper pins 11 & 12 on the b15 trans connector. Not 1&4.

The 4 pin connector is likely for reverse lights.

I'd definitely recommend you invested in wideband AFR gauge! Life line, heart beat monitor, just do it..

Blue connector is Canister purge control solenoid.

To hook up my fan I can use the B wire as ground, and the YR for power. That is correct. One thing that's also good to look at in FSM is pin placement on the connector, for example , on the fan connector it shows Ground at pin 1 and power at pin 3.
