Wild fire, Thorp, Ellensburg WA
All_talk, you OK over there? Watching the news and it looks like the wild fire in your area, Taylor Bridge Fire, is spreading and structures have been lost.

Re: What is this?
This question has been asked and answered here before. I can't remember the answer to everything, and this is one.
EDIT: Found it in the service manual, Section 3 page 104, 1. Air breather hose.
It is open to the atmosphere, the other end goes on a nipple on the converter case case.

Looks good. I had a catch can with the breather installed for a while. The fumes really smelled bad coming from it, so I got rid of it.

Went to the BNWM and saw several members there. Danny and his Mom, her Legacy Outback wagon was parked right behind my cars in the show parking. CJ, Robert, Livestrong and I were in the exhaust sound contest. Mine was 98db, stopped revving engine. That should pass any state db exhaust noise limit la...

Re: How to Repair a Leaking Steering rack: Subaru Legacy, '9
Recently did a steering rack rebuild using the pictured write up above. For adjusting the backlash of the rack and pinion, if you tighten the adjusting screw to 10 ft.-lbs., it will be bound up. Re: Injector bad? yes

Had removed the air box and elbow for better access, so removed and cleaned spark plugs, and sprayed Seafom into vent hoses that had been removed. Put it all back together, runs great, did smoke some as the Seafoam ...

I bumped it up because I was still looking. I just got one yesterday. A new 3" CNT for WRX, from private party never installed. It is going on the '94SS.
Thanks for checking back, though.
